Mission Viejo is a cool place to live and and makes for a wonderful Sunday drive. Just the enormous amount of greenbelts that make Mission Viejo feel and look so breezy and cool is a nice amenity. There are all sorts of homes that cater to the needs of those who are particular about where they reside. For example, if you are the type of person who enjoys living on lake-front property, then perhaps Mission Viejo will satisfy your needs.  Even if you just like to visit the lake occasionally, Mission Viejo residents all get a free pass to the lake as long as they reside in the city. 

Shopping in Mission Viejo is now a pleasure due to the rebuilding of the 'Shops at Mission Viejo'. The mall is spectacular with Macy's, Broadway, Nordstrom's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and many various boutiques that will meet your every shopping necessity.  The Mall is located right off of the Crown Valley Parkway exit or the Avery exit off of the 5 freeway in Mission Viejo.  Mission Viejo is also a great location for students, boasting reasonable living rates along with the highly accredited Saddleback College.
